Pill Pal Live-Dispatch Monitoring

Combined with our Medical Alert System, the Pill Pal can be monitored LIVE! In the event the member forgets to take their medication, an alarm is sent thru the Medical Alert Unit to our Care Center. Our specially trained Care Agent will speak with the member over the unit to remind them to take their medication. If there is a problem or if the member does not respond, we will contact the caregiver and inform them of the situation. With live monitoring, you won't receive any vague pre-recorded messages or pager alerts and you'll always be aware of any non-compliance issues BEFORE it develops into a problem.

Pill Pal Rechargeable Battery

While the Pill Pal Unit runs on A/C power for convenience, a battery backup is included so you won't miss a dose do to a power outage.

You can take the Pill Pal Unit with you when you travel. We ask that you plug the Pill Pal Unit into a wall outlet when you arrive to allow the battery to recharge.

Medical Alarm Automatic Monthly Tests

Medical Alarm Automatic Monthly Tests Every month, the Patriot Pal system will automatically test itself, to verify that it is working correctly and can successfully communicate with the Care Center. You will never need to deal with annoying reminder calls, beeps, or digitized voices that can confuse or interrupt you.

Pill Pal Security

The Pill Pal Unit is a secure, tamper-proof way to store medication. A real lock and key system is used instead of a latch, and the edges are secure to resist prying.

The Pill Pal comes with Easy-To-Use Digital Clock

Pill Pal's extra large digital clock is easy to see from any angle and bright enough to be seen easily at night. The Pill Pal alarms are as easy to set.
